Refund Policy

SoftForge aims to keep pricing, milestones, and deliverables clear before paid work begins.

  1. 1Deposits and milestone payments are generally tied to scheduled project work and reserved delivery capacity.
  2. 2Refund eligibility depends on the signed proposal, project stage, delivered work, and unrecoverable third-party costs.
  3. 3If a project is cancelled, SoftForge will review completed work and remaining milestones before determining any refund amount.
  4. 4Third-party software, hosting, domains, subscriptions, and payment gateway charges are not controlled by SoftForge and may be non-refundable.
  5. 5Clients should contact SoftForge promptly if there is a concern with scope, quality, or delivery.
